These terms apply when you use QR Codes Generator at qrcodesgenerator.app, operated by Online TIMING s.r.o., Vřesínská 20, 708 00 Ostrava, Czechia.

The service

You can create QR codes, customize their design, download them and see statistics for dynamic codes. Dynamic codes point to our link, so you can change the destination later without reprinting. Wi-Fi codes connect directly and have no statistics. The service is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email or with Google. Keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure. You are responsible for what is done in your account.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content and files you add. You allow us to store, display and deliver them to people who scan your codes, only as needed to run the service. You confirm that you have the right to use this content.

What is not allowed

• Phishing, fraud, malware or links that deceive people about where they lead.
• Illegal content, content that infringes other people's rights, or content that harms minors.
• Spam, or using codes to harass people.
• Attempts to overload, break into or scrape the service.

We may block a code or suspend an account that breaks these rules or the law. A blocked code shows a notice instead of its content. Where appropriate, we will tell you why.

To report a QR code that leads to phishing, malware, scams or other harmful content, use the "Report this page" link at the bottom of its page or the report form.

Availability

We work to keep the service and your codes available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scan statistics are approximate: bots and link previews are filtered out and some scanners do not report every visit.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your codes then stop working, and their links are never given to anyone else.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; for significant changes we will tell signed-in users in advance. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
